Scott started his career in the recruitment business as another traveling Australian working in London in 1997. In this highly transactional and competitive market, recruiters were generally just sales people but Scott saw firsthand that the really successful recruiters were the ones who could also provide an honest and consistent service and weren’t purely focussed on closing the sale at any cost.

Upon returning to Brisbane in 2001, Scott brought the skills and attributes from his time in London to help establish Enigma International Resourcing in Australia.

“I enjoy the variety of the work that we do across a number of niche sectors and locations. Getting to know a clients’ business and the environment that they operate in makes my job interesting as I am always learning”.

Scott is an avid Queensland sports fan and follows his beloved Brisbane Broncos in the NRL as well as Super Rugby’s Queensland Reds. He is also a keen cricket fan and enjoys taking his two young boys to the footy at Suncorp Stadium or to watch cricket at the Gabba.

He enjoys playing team sports and sweats it out on the touch footy field most Monday nights, helps coach his son’s footy and cricket teams and enjoys spending time with his family at home or at the beach.
