After 10 years in the hospitality management industry, having gained a strong understanding of people, financials, sales, service and management, Mark was lured to the buoyant agency recruitment industry that was humming along in the late 90’s.
Now, 20 years later, after experiencing the peaks and troughs in the economy, Mark is a seasoned recruiter with a broad network of contacts. He has worked in Sydney, London and Brisbane and has experience recruiting into 27 countries around the world and is well versed on his specialist areas of logistics & supply-chain, remote site services, manufacturing and professional services. In addition to his broad recruitment experience, Mark has assisted many people as a career advisor, assisting with CV writing and structure, interview advice and general career direction.

Enigma International resourcing had been in operation in Australia for 16 years. Mark had been a part of the business for 7 years, including 5 as a Director, and the time was right for a change of look and feel. When not enjoying the challenges of the recruitment, people and culture industry in all it’s different guises, Mark is a self-confessed sports tragic. He can usually be found on the rugby field, basketball court or cycling his way around South East Queensland. He lives with his wife and two daughters in Brisbane.
